Our Enterprise
Écuries Hanomar Horse Farm

Vision, wisdom, passion: Three words to describe the motivating force behind Écuries Hanomar. Achievement, in business or in life, requires vision, wisdom, and passion, all in one and shared out. They are the foundation of our enterprise and each and every project we embark upon is driven by that maxim.

Our ambition is to position Écuries Hanomar horses on the elite competition circuit, and to market the semen and embryos produced by our genetically first-class stallions and mares.

Our bloodstock facilities provide horse breeders with stallion, semen collection, artificial insemination, and embryo transfer services.

Our multidisciplinary team is fully qualified and intent on creating a warm family atmosphere. We call on experienced professionals to make sure our horses benefit from the best nutrition and care.

The owner of Écuries Hanomar, Mr. Bernard Maltais, is the Director of the Canadian Warmblood Horse Breeder Association for the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region.

Located in Saguenay City (Laterrière District), our Canadian Warmblood breeding farm is the largest in Northern Québec; we serve breeders in the eastern quadrants of Québec, Canada, and the United States.
